BAPTISMS!

This week was crazy!  We had a baptism this last Saturday and it was awesome!  But last Monday we were going throughout our p-day and she called me and said I don't want to get baptized.  That wasn't really what I wanted to hear.  We talked on the phone for a little bit and we set up a time for when we could pass by and what's up. What had happened was that the last time we taught her we went with the bishop and he said some things I guess that startled her.  So we talked with her that night and the next couple days and we cleared everything up and she felt a lot better about her baptism!  It was a good rough experience! But now she is super happy and content and wants to go to the temple this Wednesday.

Today there's transfers! But I'm staying in my area and will be training my son this transfer still!  It's going to be so sweet! I'm excited to see the fruits that we can have in our area these next six weeks!  All is well and we are happy and working! Remember that perseverance is something that helps us get what we need to do, done.  And when we are obedient, the Lord always will have our backs! bye!

All Members are Missionaries!

This week has been awesome!  Well, we've just pretty much been on the grind all week and I don't have a whole ton to talk about. This last Sunday we had stake conference and an area 70 came and spoke.  It was super good!  Also our mission president was there and he and his wife spoke and it was super good! They talked about the mission work and the importance and how the members need to watch out and take care of us from bad things. And that we shouldn't be in the houses of the members super long because we have a lot of work to do. Which is super true because sometimes we go to share something and then we end up in the house for like and hour. I get a little stressed and anxious sometimes because I know I need to be out talking to people.  But I love all the members, they are so amazing and are some really good people!  I am so grateful for the members of the church and the efforts they have put forth to help us out.  Just always remember that all members are missionaries and we are all in the same work, which is the Lords work.  If we give all we got, He will bless us and we will be happy.  I'm so thankful for this work and who it has made me and the blessings the Lord has given me and I know that you will be blessed too!

TRYING TO SHARE THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST

We went and played zone volleyball today and my legs and neck are burnt.  It's been a while since my legs have seen the sun.  I kinda like it, it's weird.  This week went super well!  The other week we had our interviews with the president and it got me super pumped.  It was only like 15 min, but those interviews always make me super happy!

We have a bunch of investigators who are all so amazing, but it's really sad when they can't come to church because they can't progress very much.  I always try to share the importance of The Church of Jesus Christ and that it's here and restored to it's perfect form.  But, it's really hard for some people because they have been in their churches for so long and don't want to give up tradicions. But, slowly as people come to church, they start growing their testimonies to know that the church is true.  It makes me so happy when people come to know the truth and take advantage of how it can bless their lives.  Just remember to always make an effort to go to church every Sunday to be able to partake of the Sacrament.  It will bless your lives.

Temple!

We went to the temple this week!!  I love going to the House of the Lord! Every time I have the chance to go I can feel His spirit and His peace stronger in my life.  We got home one night and were way tired and then our zone leaders walked in the house and were like, do you guys want to go to the temple?  I said yeah... and he said, well we're going tomorrow!  I was so happy! Then I went to sleep, but I was happy to be able to go too.

This week we have been working hard with the investigators that we have.  It's hard cause they can't progress fast if they aren't going to church on Sunday.  But it happens that every weekend something happens and they can't make it. But, we are helping them understand really good the importance of the church.  I love this work so much! Even though it's hard at times, I can always find the blessings everyday.  You can always find the Lords hand in your lives if you're looking.
